One of my good friendfeed friends, Mona , was recently upset with certain apps that she bought for her iPhone in the iTunes app store. She spent a lot of money on them, so she expected them to work without crashing, freezing ,ETC. So, She wanted to get a refund. Could she?

If you remember in a past post, I wrote about an awesome AIR app called Weepr. Which was basically a Tone/music making app. Well, if you don’t like downloading software, or if you just want an easier way to use a tool like that, then you might want to check out tonematrix. Tonmatrix is an online sinewave synthesizer.
